Gary Kearns Appointed as Trustee

Mayor Behnken stated that Kearns will be a great addition to the team. He has expertise in infrastructure, construction, municipal government, law enforcement, and business and residential development. Kearns is a former mayor of New Athens, and his municipal experience will be very beneficial. He does a great job at marketing and will be a good supporter of the village's many attributes. "We have been fortunate in building a top-notch team consisting of village trustees and department heads of which Gary will be a great addition," Mayor Behnken stated.
