Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing for an application for a Use Variance on property located at 901 Spotsylvania, New Athens, IL currently in the Business District for a Use Variance to Multi-Family Duplex.  The applicant is Bruce A. Luthy Jr.  The Public Hearing will be held at New Athens Village Hall, 905 Spotsylvania, New Athens, IL on Thursday, September 5^th, 2024, at 5:30 PM.
